What we collect and why

We do not store guest names on our servers. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or advertising, and we do not sell it.
Children
The service is for adults buying tickets for their own private party. Please enter first names only, and only for guests whose parents or carers are happy for you to do so. Do not enter surnames, ages or other details about children.

Where data is handled outside the UK, we rely on the UK–US Data Bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, as applicable.
How long we keep it
Party records and door logs are deleted automatically 90 days after purchase. Unpaid checkouts are deleted after 2 days. Payment records are kept for 6 years to meet tax and accounting rules. Data in your browser stays until you clear your browser storage.
Cookies and storage
We do not set cookies and we do not use analytics or advertising tracking. The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your party details and your access key. This is strictly necessary for the service you ask for, so no consent banner is needed. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. Email [contact email]. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Keep your event link private
Anyone with your event link can print tickets for your party and run the door scanner. Share it only with people helping you on the night.
